Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SmartMagnet platform ("Service") operated by Mannrs Wellness LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SmartMagnet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SmartMagnet is a SaaS platform that allows creators and professionals to:

• Upload PDF documents and generate secure, shareable Smart Links.
• Capture viewer contact information (email and/or WhatsApp) before granting document access.
• Control document access with Kill Switches, expiry dates, and view limits.
• Verify viewer-submitted emails via ValidEmail.net and WhatsApp numbers via Wbiztool to ensure data quality.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based model: 1 Credit = 1 PDF Upload.
• Credits can be purchased through our pricing plans via Razorpay.
• All payments are collected by Mannrs Wellness LLP and are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Paid credits are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
• Prices are subject to change; existing purchased credits will not be affected.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Use the Service for spamming, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• Attempt to circumvent security features, access controls, or usage limits.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service without authorization.

6. Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain full ownership of the PDF documents you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and serve your content solely to deliver the Service.
• Lead Data: Contact information captured from viewers belongs to the document creator.
• Platform Content: All SmartMagnet branding, design, and code belong to Mannrs Wellness LLP.

7. Document Access Controls

Creators can set expiry dates, maximum view limits, and use the Kill Switch to revoke access at any time. Once revoked or expired, viewers will no longer be able to access the document.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mannrs Wellness LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your uploaded documents and associated data may be permanently deleted. Unused credits will not be refunded upon termination for cause.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

13. Referral Program

• The SmartMagnet Referral Program is available to all registered users across every plan.
• Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on every successful subscription payment made by a referred user.
• Payouts can be requested once the available earnings reach a minimum threshold of ₹1000 INR.
• Payouts are processed manually on a monthly basis. We reserve the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals before issuing payouts.
• Self-referrals or abusive practices will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of earnings.
