• Lead Data: Email addresses and/or WhatsApp numbers provided by viewers to access shared documents.
• View Timestamps: Date and time of document access.

• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service.

• Document Creators: Viewer-submitted lead data (email/WhatsApp) is shared with the creator of the accessed document.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Uploaded documents and captured leads are retained until deleted by the creator or upon account termination.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure HTTP-only cookies, Row Level Security (RLS) on our database, and time-limited signed URLs for document access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke access to your shared documents at any time using the Kill Switch feature.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
