Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Mannrs Wellness LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") may issue refunds for purchases made on the SmartMagnet platform.

1. Nature of Purchase

SmartMagnet operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase upload credits in advance, which are consumed when creating Smart Links (1 Credit = 1 PDF Upload). Credits are granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

2. Refund Eligibility

a) Eligible for Refund

  • Duplicate Payments: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • Credits Not Delivered: If payment was successful but credits were not added to your account due to a technical failure on our end.
  • Service Unavailability: If the platform experiences prolonged downtime preventing you from using purchased credits within a reasonable timeframe.

b) Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used Credits: Credits that have already been consumed to create Smart Links cannot be refunded.
  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not issued if you simply change your mind after purchasing credits.
  • Expired Credits: If credits expire due to the validity period lapsing (1 year for paid tiers).
  • Account Violations: If your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Your registered email address.
  • Date and amount of the transaction.
  • Razorpay payment/order ID (if available).
  • Reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

  • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation of Credits & Referral Commissions

Upon an approved refund, the corresponding credits will be deducted from your account. If credits have already been partially used, only the unused portion may be eligible for a refund. Additionally, if the refunded transaction generated an affiliate commission under our Referral Program, that commission will be clawed back and deducted from the referring affiliate's earnings balance.
